How does personalization work?

Personalizing your product is easy:

  1. Choose your product
  2. Upload your photo or add your text (you can also pick any of our designs)
  3. Place your order

Every customization is carefully reviewed before production to ensure the best result.

Will I receive a preview before production?

You will have a live previews on most of our products, but we manually check every design before creating your item.

If anything looks unclear or needs adjustment, we may contact you before production.

What if my photo is low quality?

For best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image.

Blurry or pixelated photos may affect print quality.

We normally try to solve the problem by ourselves but, If we notice a problem, we may contact you before production.

Can I request changes after placing my order?

Yes — small adjustments may be possible if production has not started yet.

Do you offer custom design help?

Yes! If you don’t have time—or you’re not sure how to create a design—you can choose one of our templates.Or add our Custom Design Service ($5): we’ll create a personalized design just for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase, before production begins.

After that, we may already be working on your custom item.

What kind of products do you sell?

Fragamore specializes in personalized gifts made to order, including:

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Our sublimated mugs and tumblers are long-lasting, but to keep them looking new:

✅ Hand-washing is recommended
⚠️ Avoid high-heat dishwasher cycles frequently
⚠️ Do not scrub with metal sponges

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States Shipping includes tracking on every order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the product size and quantity.

Typical shipping ranges from: $7 – $10 for most small orders

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made to order.

Typical production time:

  • 2–4 business days

During holidays or high-demand seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect name entered by the customer
  • Uploaded images chosen by the customer

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please send us:

  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging

We will offer a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
